Description
This comedic men's suit/uniform comprises of a blue long sleeved jacket with oversized white cuffs trimmed with checkered blue and white fabric. A high waisted contrasting yellow belt with large buckle, oversized pockets, buttons and "Cycling Proficiency" sash for comic effect. Adding to the humour are a pair of flood length pants with blue and white checkered fabric at the hem. A polkadot patch on one pant leg completes the fun of this outfit.
