A decorated bustier in light blue and gold is the centre piece of this costume with daring gold tassels fringing all along the bottom edge. Oversized Bishop's sleeves in matching blue with generous and opulent lace cuffs and a large gold and silver cloak with across the body sash complete this look in haughty style.
